Q) Is there a limit on how many prisoner transport requests are required from our agency to do business with you?
A) No, We can provide all sizes of prisoner transport, as small as one inmate move or to mass illegal alien deportation.

Q) What States do you service ?
A) We cover all 50 U.S. States for prisoner transport and offer deportation services to several countries. Please give us a call for complete details.
Q) Does your agency use commercial aircraft for prisoner transportation use ?
A) It depends on the requesting agency and it may not be the economical way to do the prisoner extradition.
Q) What is your company policy on agent to prisoner ratio ?
A) The US Codes that we operate under states that one Agent to six prisoners and a female Agent for a female prisoner when on board. U.S. Prisoner Service inmate transport policy is two Agents per six prisoners, including a female Agent when a female prisoner is on board.
Q) Can our law enforcement agency sign a contract with your company to do all of our prisoner transport needs ?
A) Yes. We offer a 2 year, 3 year, 4 year, and a 5year contract for prisoner transportation. We would like the opportunity to partner with your agency with all of your prisoner transport needs.
Q) Does our agency have to gave a notice to your agency for an extradition request ?
A) No, Just go to our home page, and click on order form, fill in the requested information and push submit. That’s it. One of our sales office personnel will confirm the order and contact you to see if there is any special request that your agency may need.
Q) Does are agency have to set up anything regarding the requested extradition. (pick time, housing, or any thing else pertaining to the transport) ?
A) No, Our agency will doing everything, pertaining to the extradition. (pick time, housing, feeding, medication, special needs, and anything else pertaining to the transport)
Q) Does your agency do court room appearances for extradition ?
A) Yes. We can do any appearance necessary for your agency, pertaining to the extradition of inmates.
Q) What type of vehicles does your agency use for prisoner transportation?
A) We mainly use sedans, vans, and large buses.
Q) Why don’t you post images of your vehicles on the prison-transport.com website?
A) Due to the safety concerns for our company and it’s employees no further information will be written or pictures will be shown.We feel it’s too big of a liability to our company to tell and show what we have. Our competitors may like to show off what they have, and training for the employee’s, but we don’t. -Thanks for your understanding.
